One pattern, four different styles for your bridesmaids
At Leyla Kaçar’s hen party, four friends wore the same scarf and each still looked like herself. Here’s how.
In a group photo, wearing the same dress can look flat. Carrying the same pattern differently gives the picture rhythm: one at the neck, one in the hair, one on the wrist. The eye recognises the pattern and notices each style.
At Leyla Kaçar’s hen party, four friends wore the same pink and burgundy pattern: cherries, champagne coupes, a disco ball and Leyla’s name in the middle. Each carried it somewhere different. You can suggest one to each person in your party.
01Knotted at the neck
The classic and most photogenic way. With the knot to the side, the ends fall over the collar; it works with a shirt or a blazer.

02On a ponytail
For shots taken from behind. The scarf wraps over the hair tie and its ends fall with the hair; it stays put on the dance floor.

03On the wrist
The lightest way. It shows when raising a glass or holding the bouquet; for those who don’t want a scarf on their dress.

04On the bag handle
For those who’d rather not wear it. Knotted on the handle, its ends fall over the front of the bag; the pattern shows on the table and in photos.
